New sites this summer

It's been a busy summer here with a really wide range of sites that have recently gone live.  It's ben a mixture of Joomla! interactive sites, straightforward content managed sites and ecommerce site.

Picking up on the summer theme we have recently launched a new ecommerce site for Pool Covers Direct who supply all manner of standard and solar pool covers from their base in Devon.  It's a specialist site which shows off their products in a simple and effective manner.  Check the site out at www.poolcoversdirect.co.uk

We have worked with Veromar Marketing for a number of years on sites in the Tourism sector and have recently been involved with them in a contract for Devon County Council to provide a range of services for the Food and Drink and Tourism sector across Devon.  The project, (Devon Website Health Check), is designed to help Devon businesses focus on ways to improve their web presence. It focuses on assisting the tourism and food and drink sectors but if you’re in another sector there’s still lots of useful information.

As part of the brief we have also produced a printed postcard, email newsletter and, of course, the website at www.devonwebhealth.co.uk.

We will also be involved in a seried of seminars being run across Devon this autumn.  Check out the website for more information on these free seminars and consultations which are also available through the scheme.

Rowden Software Solutions is a custom software development company focused on providing specialist Commissioning Management Systems (CMS) software programs for the energy industry. They develop software solutions for companies with complex systems development processes that require tracking and monitoring.

One of our longest-standing clients has been www.carolegoddard.co.uk who has been operting an online shop very successfully for a number of years.  This summer we have upgraded the underlying software of the site and given the design an uplift.  The aim is to provide more functions for Carole's customers and improve the visibility of the site in the main search engines.
